水旱稻杂种高代株系抗旱性生理测验与遗传参数分析

【摘要】 研究了8个水旱稻杂种高代(F7,F8)株系和4个对照亲本的抗旱生理特性(或形态特征)及主要农艺性状,并进行了抗旱性的多元遗传分析和细胞学鉴定。结果表明,在旱地栽培条件下杂种(5),(1),(12),(10)号株系的种子高渗溶液发芽率、离体叶片保水率、细胞质膜稳定性和分蘖秆长整齐度均显著大于对照水旱稻和其它杂种株系,表明这4个杂种株系具有较强的抗旱性,同时丰产性测验结果也表明它们具有较高的丰产性,说明所测的这5项抗旱指标在生产上实际应用的可靠性。抗旱性的相关遗传力分析结果表明,通过5项抗旱指标间接选择抗旱总级别和单株粒重的效率不同,其中以分蘖秆长变异系数间接选择的效率最大。

【Abstract】 Eight hybrids (upland×paddy rice) and their 4 parents were determined in terms of agronomictraits, drought resistance and cytology, and the resultant parameters were analyzed by using multivariateheritability analysis. Results showed that under upland cultivation the hybrid lines 5, 11, 12 &10 werenoticeably higher than the control parents and others hybrid lines in percentage germination in -0.86Mpa PEG solution, water content of the leaf 24 hours after excision, electric conductivity and coefficientof variation in the stem length of tillers, indicating that the hybrid lines were more drought resistant thantheir control parents. At the same time yield analysis showed that those hybrid lines yielded higher thanthe control parents and other hybrid lines, suggesting reliability of 5 parameters for selection of droughtresistance. Correlative heritability and path analysis of the drought resistance revealed that the variationcoefficient of tiller stem length was the best one among the 5 indexes for indirect screening for total rankof drought resistance and yield per plant.
