【Abstract】 In this paper,the application of plant tissue and cell culture technology were summarized, in the fields such as rapid multiplication, anther culture, monoploid breeding,embryo culture, producing artificial seeds, producing plant medicine and other biological products,choosing mutant of plant cell,protoplast culture,and somatically hybridization.The major problems were pointed out, and corresponding countermeasures were suggested.更多还原
