青海本地黄牛乳中一种新αS1酪蛋白等位基因
A New αS1 Casein Allele in Milk of Qinghai Native Cattle
【摘要】 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对８４ 头青海本地黄牛乳汁中αＳ１酪蛋白（αＳ１ＣＮ） 进行分析时，发现一种新的αＳ１ＣＮ 基因Ｅ，它以杂合子的方式存在，基因频率为０００６０ 。
【Abstract】 Qinghai native cattle were used to analyse the α S1 casein(α S1 CN) in milk by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there was a new α S1 CN alleleα S1 CN E which presented in heterozygote.The frequency of the α S1 CN E allele was 0.0060.
