【摘要】 １９９６ —１９９８ 年在海北州３ 县５ 场进行棘球蚴病综合防治技术推广，对项目区２１ 万只犬应用吡喹酮药物采取“犬犬投药、季节驱虫”的模式，连续三年累计驱虫达３４８３ 万只（ 次） ，平均驱虫密度达９５ ％ ，犬细粒棘球绦虫感染率由综防前的６２０７ ％ 下降到零；１ ～３ 岁幼年羊棘球蚴感染率由综防前的３６３１ ％ 、４００６ ％ 和５７８６ ％ 分别下降到７８０ ％ 、１０１６ ％ 、１３４３ ％ ；幼年羊多头蚴感染率由综防前的４２９ ％ 下降到０３２ ％ ；１ ～３ 岁牛棘球蚴由综防前的１９４０ ％ 、４２６１ ％ 和５９２６ ％ 分别下降到零和２４３ ％ 、５６６ ％ ，效果明显、经济效益显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Popularization Synthetical Prevention and theraputic technology for echinococosis was carried out in 5 farms of three counties of Haibei Prefeeture from 1996 to 1998.21000 dogs in the areas were treated with pyzuiton according to the model of administaring medicine to every dog and driving out worm in every season.For three years in succession 348300 dogs were driven out worms in all.The average density of driving out worm was 95%.The contrast between before and post the popularization and application of synthetical prevention and therapeutic technology indicated that the infective rate E.Granulosus dropped from 62.07%to 0% in dog, and that of echinococcus dropped from 36.31,40.06 and 57.86 to 7.80,10.16 and 13.43% in the sheep at the age of one,two and three years,resp.and that of coenurus dropped from 4.29 to 0.32% in young sheep,and that of echinococcus dropped from 19.40,42.61 and 59.26 to 0,2.43 and 5.66% in the cattle at the age of one,two and three years,resp,Which showed a visible effect and considerable economic benefit.更多还原
