RAPD技术在大肠杆菌DNA多态性分析中的应用

【摘要】 yJ一条会10个碱基的随机引物对28株大肠杆菌的DNA进行PCR扩增，得到不同的指纹图谱，表明该技术可应用于细菌检测和流行病调查。

【Abstract】 ?A random primer of 1obp was used to amplity DNA of 28 lines of Escherichia, and thedifferent fingcrprints werc obtained. Tl1e results indicatcd that RAPD tcchniqtie could bc uscd in the detection of bacteria and as a tool in thc epidemiological investigation.
