【摘要】 采用吲哚美辛致急性胃溃疡模型，观察并比较了灯盏花素与西米替丁对胃溃疡的保护作用。结果表明：灯盏花素可使吲哚美辛所致的胃溃疡（出血点）面积明显减少（与生理盐水对比，P＜0．05），溃疡抑制率达70.7％，西米替丁的溃疡抑制率为85．3％，二者相比差异无显著（P＞0．05）。更多还原

【Abstract】 By establishing mice acute gastric ulcer medel, the different preventive roles of Breviscapine and Cimetidin on gastric ulcer were observed and compared. The results indicated that Breviscapine couId remarkably reduce the area of gastric ulcer caused by Indomethacin (compared with 0. 9 % whium chloride, P < 0.05). The ulcer inhibiting rate of Breviscapine was 70. 7 %, the ulcer inhibiting rate of Cimetidin was 85. 2%,there was no significant difference between them (P >0. 05).更多还原
