【摘要】 目的：探讨直肠癌患者白细胞和癌细胞体外抗癌药敏相关性。方法：用 Ｍ Ｔ Ｔ 法体外测定直肠癌（１３ 例） 患者白细胞和癌细胞抗癌药物敏感性。结果：患者白细胞、癌细胞对 Ａ Ｄ Ｍ、 Ｃ Ｔ Ｘ、 Ａｒａ Ｃ、 Ｖ Ｃ Ｒ、 Ｍ Ｔ Ｘ 的敏感率没有显著差异，对５ Ｆ Ｕ、 Ｍ Ｍ Ｃ、 Ｄ Ｄ Ｐ 白细胞药敏率显著低于癌细胞（ Ｐ＜ ０００１） 。结论：白细胞、癌细胞体外抗癌药敏感性测定，对于直肠癌病人化疗用药和预防骨髓抑制有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the drug sersitive relation ship between leukocytes and cancer cells in patients with rectal cancer in vitro Methods:The drug sensitivity of cancer cells and leukoeytes to anti cancer drugs was tested by MTT method Results:There were no significant differences in drug sensitivity between leukocytes and cancer cells to ADM,CTX,Ara C,VCR,MTX;The sensitivity of leukocytes to 5FU,MMC,DDP was significant lower than that of cancer cells( P <0 001) Conclusions:The sensitive test of leukocytes and cancer cells to anti cancer drugs has clinical significance for prevention of bone marrow suppression on chemotheray of rectal cancer更多还原
