【摘要】 目的观察中药复方煎剂“软坚消肿液”对不同类型胃癌的临床疗效。方法随机收集不愿接受手术治疗的中、晚期胃癌患者，给予口服“软坚消肿液”，60天为1个疗程，按标准评定其临床疗效。结果经对68例胃癌患者临床观察，并按标准评定，总有效率为72．1％，显效率为48．5％。表明该方药对胃癌有较好疗效。结论经综合临床评定，表明方药对胃腺癌疗效显著，未分化癌次之，对腺磷癌和类癌无效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Observe the curative effect of various kinds of gastric cancers by the herbal medicinal mixture. Methods Random test on the patients with gastric cancers at the middle and late stages, who reluctantly receive the operation, were given by the oral mixture in a course of 60 days. Its clinical curative effect was evaluated by standards. Results The total effective rate of 68 cas-es is 72. 1%, the significant effective rate 48. 5%, which proves the good effectiveness of the mixture.Conclusion The mixture showed significant curative effect on adenocarcinoma of stomach and undiffer-entiated carcinoma, and insignificant on adenosquamous carcinoma and carcinoid.更多还原
