【Abstract】 Having carefully studied the theory and process of optimal climata forecasting normals forecasting method, the au thors renewedly compose the program’s head, middle and sterm parts, and the subprogram transfering function. By retitious ly debugging, the whole practicablity of predcting method and the Video-degree of predicating ioformation are raised. The cheeking result shows that this method’s precision to predicate the winter precipitation and temperature trend of Qinghai Tibet plateau is relatively high.更多还原
