冰晶石-氧化铝-氯化钡融盐电解铝在850℃下的电流效率
Current efficiency of aluminum electrolysis for the system NaFAlF 3BaCl 2NaClAl 2O 3 at 850℃
【摘要】 介绍一种新的低温电解质 Na F Al F3 Ba Cl2 Na Cl Al2 O3 。该类型电解质具有宽广的低温液相区域、较高的电导率和较低的铝溶解度等优点。在850 ℃进行电解,得到阴极电流密度与电流效率的关系曲线,并就影响电流效率的各种因素进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 s a new low melting point bath,a heavy electrolyte NaFAlF 3BaCl 2NaClAl 2O 3 was investigated at 850℃.The electrolyte exhibits some good properties,such as wide liquid field of low temperature,high electrical conductivity,low aluminum metal solubility.A relationship between current efficiency and current density was determined in the experiments.Some factors effecting the current efficiency were also discussed.
