【摘要】 介绍了测试１２ＭｅＶＬＩＡＸ光斑点的测试系统，利用刀口法和大孔成像法测出所成像的黑密度分布，获得Ｘ光斑点大小结果；根据该光源的近乎轴对称特点和大孔所成像的密度分布，经数值处理拟合出斑点强度的空间分布；利用该系统，获得了判断１２ＭｅＶＬＩＡＸ光成像空间分辨能力的调制传递函数更多还原

【Abstract】 The measurement system of X ray spot size for the 12MeV LIA is described in this paper. The X ray spot size and modulation transfer function, which judges the space resolution of 12MeV LIA X ray image, for the 12MeV LIA can be obtained using this system. According to the characteristic of approximate axial symmetry of X ray source and the distribution of image black density, the space distribution of spot intensity is also imitated.更多还原
