7μm铝箔双合轧制板形模拟研究

【摘要】 根据体积不变定律,推导了铝箔轧制的前张力横向分布公式,建立了考虑工作辊端部压靠的板形数学模型,应用该模型,完成了轧制工艺参数对7gn铝箔板形影响的模拟研究、模拟结果对指导宽幅高速7μm铝箔的生产有一定的实用价值。

【Abstract】 According to the law of volume constanCy, the formula of transversedistribution of the front tension on aluminum foil rolling is derived. The mathematicalmodel of the flatness taking account of the work roll kiss has been established. Usingthis one, the numerical simulation concerning the effects of the rolling technologyparameters on 7 mp aluminium foil flatness are performed. Simulation results have a certainpractical value for directing the producetion of wide 7 pm aluminium foil rolled at high speed.
