新型仓储机械手控制系统的设计与仿真
Design and Simulation for the Control System of the Fetching Manipulater in a New Type Solid storage
【摘要】 自动化立体仓库在工业生产中应用日益广泛,仓储机械手的性能在这里起到至关重要的作用。本文介绍了利用交流变频调速技术设计的新型仓储机械手的控制系统,并利用 M A T L A B 软件对仓储机械手控制系统进行计算机辅助设计和仿真,为实际控制系统的设计和调试提供了理论依据,并取得良好的效果。
【Abstract】 The application of auto solid storage is becoming popular in manufacture.The capability of its fetching manipulator is one of the most important fators in this system.This paper introduces the control system of the fetching manipulator using AC frequency speed control technology.With MATLAB,the comupter aided simulation and design are carried out for the system.The result of simulation can be available for the design of real control system.And we got an excellent result in practice.\;
