【摘要】 目的 探讨开放性颅脑损伤早期清创与预后的关系。方法 对29例开放性颅脑损伤病人伤后24小时内清创,24例开颅清创,5例单纯头皮清创缝合。结果 采用 GOS评分,伤后四周重残5例,中残4例,良好20例。结论 早期开颅清创能避免或减少颅内感染的发生,改善病人的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between early stage debridement and prognosis after the open head injury.Methods 29 cases with open head injury were performed debridement in early period after injury, 24 cases by craniotomyand 5 cases by debridment and suturing. Results Evaluated by GOS in 4 weeks, 5 cases were severe disability;4 cases weremoderate disability and 20 cases were good recovery. Conclusion To perform debridement and craniotomy in early periodafter open head injury was able to decrease the incidence of infection, and obtained better outcome.更多还原
