Ni基合金—WC复合涂层材料耐磨特性研究
A Study of Wear resistance of Ni-Based Alloy Tungsten Carbide Coating Composite Materials
【摘要】 在MPX—2000 型盘销式摩擦磨损试验机上,对复合涂层进行了无润滑的干摩擦磨损试验.结果表明:低WC添加量( w 为25 % ,35 % ) 的复合涂层有着优良的耐磨性,而高WC添加量( w为60 % ) 涂层的耐磨性则较差.涂层磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损
【Abstract】 The wear test of composite coating withoug lubrication is carried on a MPX-2000 pin on disc wear tester. The results show that the coatings with low content of WC(25%、35%) have excellent wear resistance, while the wear resistance of the coatings with high content (60%) is poor. The wear mechamism of composite coatings is mainly abrasive wear.
