预还原的Mo-Ni-K/C 催化剂上合成醇的动力学研究(英文)
A Kinetic Study on the Formation of Alcohols over a Pre Reduced Mo Ni K/C Catalyst
【摘要】 基于一种简化的反应网络,导出了描述预还原的MoNiK/C 催化剂上合成醇的经验动力学模型。研究结果表明,醇的化学吸附是生成更高一级醇的速度控制步骤( 如:甲醇的吸附是生成乙醇的速控步骤等) 。生成甲醇、乙醇、丙醇和丁醇的表观活化能分别为45.00 、88 .17、49.93 和56 .92kJ/mol,高温有利于高级醇( 指C2 或以上醇) ,特别是乙醇的生成。
【Abstract】 Empirical kinetic models describing the formation rates of alcohols over a pre reduced Mo Ni K/C catalyst have been developed based on a simplified reaction scheme. The study shows that the chemisorption of alcohol is the rate limiting step for the production of higher alcohls (i.e., those other than methanol). The apparent activation energies for the production of methanol, ethanol, propanol and butanol are 45.00 , 88.17, 49.93 and 56.92 kJ/mol respectively. Higher temperatures favor the formation of higher alcohols, especially ethanol.
