汽车发动机气门间隙故障的脉冲振动诊断
【摘要】 以发动机压缩冲程上止点为参考信号,采用时域分离技术,得到进、排气门的特征频率,找到适宜的气门间隙故障定量诊断方法。气门间隙故障的脉冲振动诊断可通过选取参考信号对振动响应信号进行加窗处理,从而实现了具体气门的间隙故障定量诊断,这在实际气门故障诊断及对其他机械故障的研究都具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Characteristical frequency of induction and exhaust valve may be obtained by taking engine compressionstroke upper dead center as reference signal and adopting time realm sepalm separating technology.On the basis of the fre-quency, suitable quantitative diagnostic method for valve clearance trouble may be found, which is of important significance todiagnosis and research of valve and other mechanical troubles.
