电控车用汽油机的标定系统和标定试验

【摘要】 电控发动机的控制参数是影响发动机性能的关键。使用研制的电控发动机标定开发系统对发动机控制参数进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:在固定工况点处,发动机动力性、燃油经济性和排放性能随点火提前角和喷油脉宽等控制参数的变化趋势不一致,各控制参数对发动机性能指标的影响程度也不同。电控发动机最优控制参数应根据发动机特性、用户对发动机的要求以及法规的要求对控制参数进行多维优化。

【Abstract】 Control parameter of electronically controlled engine is a critical factor which affect the engine performance. Development system is calibrated with a developed electronically controlled engine in order to take test and research work for the control parameter of engine.The result shows that on a definite operating mode point,the dynamic characteristic,economy Of fuel and exhaust emission do not conform with the change tendency of some control parameters such as ignition advance angle and band of ignition pulse. Degree of effect of various control parameters on the engine performance indices is also different. Optimum control parameter of the electronically controlled engine should be multi-dimensionally optimized according to the requirement of engine performance,demand of consumer and regulation.
