【Abstract】 The emulsion polymerization reaction is carried out in a 4_mouth flask with stirrer, thermometer, reflux condenser and constent titration funnel. The total component contents are 36%-40%, including styrene 3%-5%, acrytlic acid 1%-2%, N_hydroxymethyl acrylamide 2%-3%, compound emulsifier 2%-3%, and ammonium persulfate as primer 0.25%. All the components are added in the form of semi_continued procedure, while the addition of styrene is late in the reaction. The emulsion polymerization time and temperature_keeping time are 2.5h and 1h, separately, and the reaction temperature is 85℃.更多还原
