烟气再循环的作用及其对锅炉热力计算的影响
The Function of the Gas Recirculation of Boilers and Its Effect on Thermal Calculation
【摘要】 在现代大容量锅炉中,烟气再循环作为一种调节各受热面吸热量的手段,得到了一定的应用.本文分析了烟气再循环的作用以及对各受热面传热计算的影响;并且结合目前通用的前苏联热力计算标准方法(1973年版),详细讨论了带有烟气再循环的锅炉热力计算应注意的几个问题.并附有一个计算实例.
【Abstract】 The function of gas recirculation and its effect on the heat transfer calculation of heating surfaces of a boiler are discussed in this paper. The Standard Thermal Calculation Method of Boiler Unit (USSR, 1973 edition) is analyzed thoroughly and a thermal calculation method of boiler unit with gas recirculation is put forward in detail. At the end of this paper, a thermal calculation example is given. The results show that the heat transferred to the radiative heating surface of a boiler decreases and the heat transferred to the convective heating surface increases when gas recirculation is applied.
