泡沫铝排气消声器试验研究

【摘要】 研究了泡沫铝孔隙结构参数对吸声系数的影响,设计出以泡沫铝为芯管的阻抗结合式排气消声器,并将泡沫铝及岩棉芯管消声器对发动机性能及排气噪声的影响进行对比试验。试验结果表明,在发动机2 000 r/m in、最大负荷时的泡沫铝芯管消声器排气噪声比原机消声器下降15 dB(A),排气阻力小,使用寿命大于岩棉芯管消声器

【Abstract】 The influence of porous characteristics of foamed Aluminum alloy on sound absorption coefficient was studied and an impedance exhaust silencer with core pipe of this foamed alloy was designed. The effects of core tubes made of both foamed Aluminum alloy and rock cotton on engine function and exhaust noise were investigated and compared. The results show that the exhaust noise of the silencer with foamed Aluminum alloy core tube is 15 dB(A) lower than that with conventional, rock cotton core tube at engine speed of 2 000 r/min and full load. Moreover, its exhaust resistance is smaller and operating life is longer that those of conventional one.
