啤酒花浸膏液态CO2萃取及应用试验研究
Experimental Study on Extraction of Hops With Liquid CO 2 and Its Application
【摘要】 开发生产国产液态ＣＯ２酒花浸膏具有重要意义。该文系统地进行了酒花浸膏的液态ＣＯ２萃取试验研究，通过啤酒发酵试验，研究并确认了在啤酒酿造中以自制酒花浸膏取代进口酒花浸膏的可行性结论。
【Abstract】 It is important to develop homemade hop concrete with liquid CO 2.Τhe experimental researches were made systematically on the extraction of hop concrete using liquid CO 2. With the help of beer fermentation experiment, it is feasible to substitute homemade hop extracts for imported ones in beer production.
