【Abstract】 Effects of 2, 4-D, 6-BA, NaCl, Al3+, Cu2+, CrO4, 2, 4-DNP on germination and growth of Arabidopsis thaliana were studied and the corresponding concentrations for screening mutants were determined as 10 μmol·L-1, 5μmol·L-1, 200 mmol·L-1 500 μmol·L-1, 20μmol·L-1, 500 μmol·L-1 and 18 μmol·L-1 respectively.
