高温对耐热和不耐热蛋鸡体温的影响
Effect of Heat Stress on Body Temperature of High and Low Heat Tolerant Layers
【摘要】 研究了青年蛋鸡的耐热力与其在高温下的体温(BT)、体温变化幅度(△BT)、热致死体温(LBT)及体重(BW)之间的关系。结果表明,以热应激存活时间(HSST)的长短为指标的耐热力,与鸡在38℃和40℃下的BT及△BT呈极显著负相关(在38℃下相关系数r分别为-0.49和-0.47,在40℃下r分别为-0.76和-0.77),与轻度热应激(32和35℃)下的BT,△BT,LBT和BW相关均不显著。在高温(32,35,38,40℃)下,耐热鸡群的BT和△BT均比不耐热鸡群低,但只有在38℃下两指标才达显著水平(P<0.05),40℃下则均达极显著水平(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 The relationships of heat tolerance with body temperature (BT),change of body temperature (△BT) and lethal body temperature (LBT) were studied with 31 Hisex layers (20 weeks ) in environmental controlled chamber. It was showed that heat stress survival time (HSST) is significant related negatively to layers’ BT and △BT at acute heat stress (at 38℃, r=-0. 49 and -0. 47 respectively; at 40℃, r=-0.76 and - 0. 77 respectively),While at general high temperature (32℃ and 35℃ ),the relationships of HSST with BT,△BT and LBT are unsignificant (P>0.05). Higher heat-tolerant layers’ BT and △BT are lower than those of the lower heat-tolerant layers’ in high temperature (32, 35, 38, 4O℃ ), but the results show significant difference only appeared under acute high temperature (at 38℃,the two group’s BT is 44. 31, 44. 04℃ respectively, △BT is 2. 61, 3. 39℃;at 40℃, BT is 43. 36,44. 85℃,△BT is 2. 64, 4. 32℃ ). The value of BT and △BT is always lower for heat-tolerant layers. However,only at the point above 38℃, the difference reach a statistical significant level (P<0. 05, and when 40℃ P<0.01).
