【摘要】 目的　确定ＣＴ扫描对皮层下动脉硬化性脑病（ＳＡＥ）的诊断价值。方法　对经临床ＣＴ确诊的８２ 例皮层下动脉硬化性脑病资料进行分析总结。结果　ＳＡＥ的ＣＴ表现特征为大脑深部白质内低密度区或累及脑室周围、半卵园中心、额、顶、枕叶等伴有不同程度脑萎缩和多发性脑梗塞。结论　ＣＴ不能直接显示脑小穿支动脉的硬化改变，但可以反映动脉硬化后的脱髓鞘及小梗塞灶，可解释患者临床损害，区别其他脑白质病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study diagnostic value of CT scans for subcortical anteriosclerotic encephylopathy (SAE).Methods CT apearence of 82 SAE diagnosed clinical were analysed.Results CTapearance of SAE:low density focus in deep witer matter and periventicular,semi-cycle center,front-pariet,occipital loubs.associated brain atrophy and multiple infaction.Conclusions CT can not show changes of small arteriosclerosis,but can show myelinoclastic and small infaction,and plaining clinical damages and diffefrenting other white matter diseases更多还原
