【摘要】 目的　对１００ 例高血压患者进行二维超声及多普勒心脏检查，同时进行体表心电图应用心率校正 Ｑ Ｔ 离散度（ Ｑ Ｔｃｄ） 测定，旨在探讨左室肥厚和舒张功能异常与 Ｑ Ｔｃｄ 之间的关系。方法　用二维超声心动图及多普勒对高血压患者左室舒张功能和体表心电图检查 Ｑ Ｔｃｄ 。结果　显示左室肥厚的患者存在一项或多项多普勒左室舒张功能异常， Ｑ Ｔｃｄ 与左室舒张功能异常程度密切相关。结论　高血压左室肥厚和舒张功能异常时 Ｑ Ｔｃｄ 增大，表明高血压左室肥厚所致舒张功能不全与 Ｑ Ｔｃｄ 增大产生的机制是一致的，都是源于心肌肥厚。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives 100 hypertensive patients were studied by 2 dimensional and Doppler echocardiography and surface clectro cardigraphy to examine the relation between the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy and dysfunction and QT dispersion.Methods The 2 dimensional and Doppler echocardiography examined diastolic function of left ventricular and the surface electro cardigrphy examined QT dispersion of hypertensive.Results One or more Doppler indexes of diastolic function were abnormal of left Ventricular hypertrophy of patients and a signiflcant relation in QTcd changes were found between patients with and wihuout tuese indexes.Conclusions The changes of QTcd is related to the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy and dysfunction.This finding suggests association between the QTcd increasing substrate and diastolefunction features of the disease,Hypertrophy is the source of those.更多还原
