【摘要】 目的　探讨尿液干化学分析后不作镜检的必备条件。方法　使用南韩尿十一项仪和规范的尿沉渣镜法。对１０５７ 例尿标本，细胞用双盲法、管型用对比分析。结果　干化学法白细胞的假阴性率仅为０ ．２１ ％ ，红细胞假阴性率仅为０ ．１８ ％ 。管型漏检率分别以单项白细胞阴性、红细胞阴性、或尿蛋白＜ ０ ．３ｇ／ Ｌ 为筛选标准，其病理管型漏检率分别为４５ ％ 、２６ ．２ ％ 、２６ ．８ ％ 如将三项再加亚硝酸盐阴性联合作为筛选的标准，在６７ 例含有管型的标本中，只有６ 例透明管型为０ ～１／ Ｌ Ｐ（ 属参考范围） 。结论　仪器为和试带合格、实验结果以四项指标联合阴性为筛选标准，对细胞的假阴性率可控制在最低限，对病理管型无一漏检。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To discuss the effect of microscopic screen of urinary sediment on the falge negatile rate of cell and cast examination.Methods routine urine sediment examination by microscope and the URISCA TM instrument were used.1057 urinary sample cells were contrastively analyzed under double blindness,and false negative of cell and missed detectable rate of cast in screening sample were discussed.Results False negative rate of WBC was only 0。21%,RBC 0.18%.Missed detectable rates of pathological cast were 45%,26.2% and 26.8% respectively when simple using WBC negative RBC negative and urinary protein ≤ 0.39/l as screen standard;if combining nitrite negative with the three indexes mentioned above as screen standard,out of 67 cases urinary samples containing cast,only 6 cases hyaline casts were 0～1/lp.Conclusions The instrument and reagent strips are qualified and false negative rate of cells can be controlled to minimal limits,if using 4 negative indexes as screen standard更多还原
