【摘要】 本研究采用过氧化物酶染色法检测３８０ 名男子射出精液中白细胞（ ＷＢＣ） 数量。其中４０ 名精液正常生育者中无一例精液ＷＢＣ增多；３４０ 例不育者中精液ＷＢＣ增多者有３６ 例，占１０．５９ ％ 。采用Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ Ｂｌｏｔ 和图象分析法检测２６ 名男子精浆中白介素８（ＩＬ８） 的表达量发现，不育组精液ＷＢＣ增多者其ＩＬ８ 表达量明显高于不育组精液ＷＢＣ未增多者和精液正常生育者（Ｐ＜ ０．０１），表明ＩＬ８ 的表达量与精液ＷＢＣ数呈正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human semen from 380 men was examined for quantitating of leukocyte number using peroxidase stain.The increased leukocyte (WBC) number was not found in the semen of 40 normal fertile men.36 cases from 340 infertile patients had an increased WBC number(over 1×10 6/ml) in their semen.The proportion was up to 10.5%.Seminal plasma from 26 men was examined for evaluating the levels of IL 8 expression using both Western Blot and image analysis techniques.The level of IL*.8 expression from infertile seminal plasma with increased WBC number (881.22±323.68) was significantly higher than that of same group without increased WBC number (553.07±160.24) and that of normal fertile group (430.29±218.73).These results indicate that there was a positive correlation between IL 8 expression and WBC number in semen.更多还原
