【摘要】 睾酮作为一种雄性激素在女性的生长、发育和维持内分泌的稳定中起着重要作用。国外许多学者已进行了正常女性血清睾酮浓度的相关因素如年龄、肥胖、骨密度等方面的研究，而国内该方面的研究较少。我们从１９９７ 年７ 月至１９９７ 年１２ 月，测定了３２７ 名不同年龄正常女性的外周静脉血血清睾酮浓度，以明确中国女性血清睾酮水平与年龄的关系。研究对象为１３ ～８２ 岁（平均４４ ．８１ ±１５．９１ 岁） ，排除内分泌和其他系统明显疾病以及过度肥胖、妊娠、近期服用激素类药物等因素；更年期前均在月经第７ ～１４ 天采取静脉血标本。结果：正常女性各年龄段血清平均睾酮浓度分别为：１３ ～岁５７．９２±３３ ．８０ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；２０ ～岁６０ ．１２ ±２５．９０ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；３０～岁４１ ．２０ ±１８．８０ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；４０～岁３４ ．７６ ±１６．４８ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；５０～岁３２ ．４８ ±９．４２ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；６０ ～岁２６ ．７０ ±１５．８８ ｎｇ／ｄｌ；７０ ～岁２５ ．０６ ±９ ．８６ ｎｇ／ｄｌ。发现２０ ～岁女性的血清睾酮浓度最高；７０ ～８２ 岁最低，是最高浓度组的４１ ．７８ ％ ；从３０ 岁起血清睾酮浓度开始下降，其中３０ ～３９ 岁下降最为明显（３５ ?更多还原

【Abstract】 Testosterone,as an adrenal androgen plays an important role in growth and maintenance endocrine stability in the females.Serum testosterone concentrations were measured in 327 healthy,nonobese Chinese women of age 13～82 years.The concentrations of the serum testosterone in the different age were 2.896±1.690 ng/dl in the 13～ years age group,3.006±1.295 ng/dl in 20～ years age group,2.060±0.954 ng/dl in 30～ years age group,1.738±0.824 ng/dl in 40～ years age group,1.624±0.471 ng/dl in 50～ years age group,1.335±0.794 ng/dl in 60～ years age group,1.253±0.493 ng/dl in 70～82 years age group respectively.The result shows that the highest concentration of serum testosterone is in 20～29 years age group and the lowest is in 70～82 year age group.The serum testosterone declines steeply with age in normal women from 20s to 30s;serum testosterone declines stably from 30s;at the 50s,the level is about half of that at age 20s.The studies suggest that the serum testosterone concentrations in Chinese females decline at 30s other than in the menopause period.The clinical implication needs to undergo a further investigation.更多还原
