【Abstract】 According to the characteristics and tasks of eco-agriculture construction and planning in red soil small watershed, the paper studies the theory and methodology for eco-agriculture construction by geographical information system (GIS), management information system (MIS) and system dynamics and computer technique, and establishes natural resources MIS, models for energy transformation and matter recycling compositine integration system and system dynamics.
