【Abstract】 The paper, introduces five kinds of benefits of eco -agriculture in China for the first time. According to the principle ,the five kinds-of benefits should be best integrated. Besides infer-encee engineering (IE) was programed with Turbo-prolog and analysis engineering (AE) was programed with Turbo-C, then the IE and AE were integrated to be a decision expert system,the expert system can appraise the external benefits of eco-agricultural investment project at different conditions of investment scale, technical level and investment opportunity.更多还原
