【Abstract】 In the paper,some theoretical and methodological problems about territorial planning (TP) in China are discussed:TP is essential to the socialist market economy; sustainable development theory and strategy is primary theoretical base of TP; serialization the practice of the county and prefecture levels planning should be strengthen and series of TP is complete; standardization——a unified standard provided for by regulations in content,method and working procedure of TP; modernization——advanced means such as GIS used to the practice of TP; socialization——the public participate in the drawing up of TP,and law making——the special statute stipulate for legal status of TP.更多还原
