【摘要】 目的 :了解脑组织提取液对体外培养雪旺氏细胞的影响。方法 :酶消化法培养的雪旺氏细胞分为对照组和加脑组织提取液组 ,对细胞形态和数量进行观察比较。结果 :体外培养的雪旺氏细胞在加入脑组织提取液后细胞增殖加快 ,并出现细胞突起细长 (为对照组的 2～ 3倍 )、互相延伸等形态学改变。结论 :雪旺氏细胞在接触脑组织提取液后 ,表现为细胞增殖加快 ,突起生长明显的功能活跃状态。提示脑组织提取液中可能存在促雪旺氏细胞功能活跃的物质更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine and evaluate the effect of the brain tissue extract on the Schwann Cells in vitro. Methods: Schwann cells cultures from sciatic of 1-to 3-day-old rat by trypsin and collagen digesting. Divide the SC into two groups: contrast group and brain tissue extract added group. Observe and compare the shape and quantity of the cells. Results: The proliferation of SC in vitro is increased after they were added with brain tissue extract, and the morphology change also happens: the cells’ prominence extend (2-3 times as long as cells of the contrast group). Conclusions: When contacted with brain tissue extract, the static SC turn to functionally active state.It suggested that the "activating signal" may be in the brain tissue extract.更多还原
