【Abstract】 This paper introduces the test both in Lab and foundry on the method of hot core box for the modifiedsodium silicate binder (4# binder)sand. The results indicate that only with prOPer solidified agent,and correct mixingand producing processes,the 4# binder sand can be an ideal substitute for resin binded sand to produce cores by hotcore box method.更多还原
