火花塞点火过程非线性模型及参数识别

【摘要】 对汽油发动机火花塞点火过程的研究有利于获得点火系统与发动机性能的最佳匹配,减少开发成本,提高开发效率。通过对汽油机火花塞击穿过程的理论研究与试验分析,建立了火花塞点火过程的非线性模型,提出了修正的托谱勒( Toepler)火花定律,导出了有关非线性微分方程并研究了其求解问题,同时提出了以试验为基础的模型必要参数的识别方法。采用所提出的理论与方法对一汽油发动机火花塞点火系统进行了仿真模拟计算。计算与试验结果对比表明,本文提出的理论与方法正确有效。

【Abstract】 The study on the spark plug ignition process can benifit a great deal to the optimal matching between the ignition system and engine performances and engine design,which,in turn,would greatly reduce the engine’s R&D cost and improve efficiency.In this paper,through the theoretical research and experimental analysis,a nonlinear model for spark plug ignition process is established,a modifed Toepler spark law is proposed,the related differential equation is derived and solution method of the derived differential equations is developed.Also,a parameter identification method of the model is proposed based on the testing data of spark plug voltage and current curves.Using the proposed theory and method,the spark plug ignition process of a gasoline engine is simulated.The comparision between the calculated results and those tested proves the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
