【摘要】 本文采用经食道心房调搏（ＴＥＡＰ）终止阵发性室上性心动过速（ＰＳＶＴ）３３例，其中２１例经超速抑制法终止，有效率为６３６％，其余１２例用短阵猝发脉冲法全部终止，有效率为１００％。有３１例直接转为窦性，另２例先转为房颤，后恢复为窦性。文中还对ＴＥＡＰ终止ＰＳＶＴ的方法及并发症的防治进行了讨论更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of paroxysmal superventricular tachycardia(PSVT)were treated by transesophageal atrial pacing(TEAP).21 cases recovered with overdrive suppression and the others with burst pacing.The effective rates were 63 6% and 100%,respectively.31 cases turned to sinus rhythms and the other 2 cases turned to atrial fibrillation at first and then turned to sinus rhythms.The ways of treating PSVT with TEAP and the prevention of complications were also discussed.更多还原
