【摘要】 研究结果表明：花椒苗猝倒病病原为腐皮镰孢菌［Ｆｕｓａｒｉｕｍ ｓｏｌａｎｉ（Ｍａｒｔ．） Ａｐｐ．ｅｔ Ｗｏｌｌｅｎｗ ．］ ．该病菌的分生孢子萌发最适温度为３０ ～３５ ℃；最适ｐＨ 值为５－２ ～７－２ ；分生孢子在马铃薯蔗糖液和蛋白胨液中萌发率较高．室内药剂毒力测定结果表明，质量分数为５０ ％ 的退菌特ＷＰ抑制率最高（９０ ％ 以上） ，其次是质量分数为５０ ％ 多菌灵ＷＰ，５０％ 博菌丹ＷＰ和高锰酸钾．更多还原

【Abstract】 The study result indicated that the pathogen of chinese prickly ash damping off was Fusarium solani (Mart.) App. et Wollenw. The optimum temperature for the conidum sprouting was 30～35℃, pH5.2～7.2. The conidum sprouted better in a weak potato sugar solution or in a peptone solution. The indoor virulence test indicated that 50% Tuzet WP had the strongest inhibition to the pathogen, the next in order was 50% Carbendazim WP, 50% Captan WP and Potassium permanganate.更多还原
