【摘要】 目的：测定清开灵注射液中栀子甙的含量。方法：采用双波长薄层扫描法，测定波长为２４０ ｎｍ ，参比波长为３１０ ｎｍ ，狭缝为１－２ ｍ ｍ ×１－２ ｍ ｍ ，ＳＸ＝ ３ 。结果：在１ ～５ μｇ 范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为９９ ．８９ ％ 。ＲＳＤ＝ １－１９ ％ （ｎ ＝５） 。结论：本法简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of gardenoside in Qing Kai Ling injection.Methods:TLC-densitometric determination was used.Results:The linear relation of analysis was good within 1～5?μg, the average recovery was 99.89%, RSD was 1.19%( n =5).Conclusion:This method was found to be simple rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable.更多还原
