【摘要】 目的 :测定氧氟沙星片剂经尿液的排泄率。方法 :对 7名健康男性志愿者单次给氧氟沙星片剂 2 0 0mg ,采用紫外分光光度法测定该药尿液中的浓度 (测定波长为 3 3 1nm)。 结果 :氧氟沙星片剂经尿液的排泄率为82 .77± 2 .65 %。结论 :用该法测定氧氟沙星片剂经尿液的排泄率 ,其方法简便快速 ,结果可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the excretion rate of ofloxacin tablets in uine. Methods: A single oral dose of ofloxacin tablets (200 mg) was given to 7 healthy male volunteers. The urine concentrations of ofloxacin tablets was determined by UV-spectrophotometry (UV detection wavelength was 331 nm). Results: The excretion rate of ofloxacin tablets in urine was 82.77±2.65%. Conclusion: The excretion rate of ofloxacin tablets in urine was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The method is simple and convenient. The result is reliable and good.更多还原
