【摘要】 在苹果梨花芽分化期，从花芽、叶芽、短果枝叶、营养枝叶四种器官中都可检测到Ｚ（玉米素）、ＺＲ（玉米素核苷）、ＩＡＡ（吲哚乙酸）、ＧＡ３ （赤霉素）、ＡＢＡ（脱落酸）．结果表明，花芽分化期间需要有高水平的Ｚ、ＺＲ，低水平的ＩＡＡ，高水平的ＣＴＫ／ＧＡ３ 、ＣＴＫ／ＩＡＡ、ＣＴＫ／ＡＢＡ 比值更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basic of studying ping guo li fruit bud differentiation stage, the Z、ZR、IAA、GA 3 and ABA endogenous hormones content was studied .The results showed that fruit bud differentiation needs the high Z、ZR content and low IAA content,meanwhile need the high ratio of CTK to GA 3,CTK to IAA and CTK to ABA. The variety ABA and GA 3 content was different in the fruit bud differentiation stage.更多还原
