三种濒危植物种子萌发期抗盐性、抗旱性研究
SALT AND DROUGHT TOLERANCES RESEARCH\=OF THREE KINDS OF PLANT SEEDS BEING IN\=IMMINENT DANGER IN GERMINATING PERIOD
【摘要】 在室内模拟盐分和干旱胁迫条件,对绵刺(PotaniniamongolicaMaxim.)、四合木(TetraenamongolicaMaxim.)和沙冬青(Ammopiptanthusmongolicus(Maxim.)Chengf.)三种荒漠地区的濒危植物种子萌发期抗盐和抗旱性做了比较研究。分别用不同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4复盐溶液、PEG(聚乙二醇)溶液,以自来水为对照,用它们分别来处理三种植物的种子,做发芽试验,然后进行方差分析,得出耐盐性的顺序为:绵刺<四合木<沙冬青。抗旱性顺序为:沙冬青<四合木<绵刺。
【Abstract】 Imitating the conditions of natural drought and salt stress in a room,we have done comparative research of seed’s salt and drought toleration of Potaninia mongolica,Tetraena mongolica,and Ammopiptanthus mongolicus.Regard water as contrast,we took seed germinating experiment,dealing with seeds with solution of deferent concentration of double salts of NaCl and Na\-2SO\-4,and PEG.Through mathematical analysis,we got the order of plant seed’s salt toleration:Potaninia mongolica<Teraena mongolica<Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,and the order of plant,seed’s drought toleration:Ammopiptanthus mongolicus<Tetraena mongolica<Potaninia mongolica.
