【摘要】 目的：观察用丹参粉针剂佐治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）时血清脂质过氧化物（LPO）含量变化及临床疗效。方法：用比色法（721分光光度计）测定对照组和丹参组计90例新生儿HIE治疗前后的LPO，同时观察神经反射。结果：丹参组LPO下降比对照组明显．神经反射恢复快，丹参组轻、中度HIE治疗前后LPO下降明显。结论：丹参粉针剂是一有效的氧自由基（OFR）清除剂，具有降低LPO的作用，临床疗效优于对照组，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lipid peroxidase (LPO ) and clinic curative effect of the neonatal hypoxicischemicEncephalopathy (HIE ) treated with Radix salviae Miltiol-rhizae were observed. Methods: Tlie serum LPOcontents of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae group and control group of 90 neonatals HIE were rneasured by chro matometry with 721 pectrophotometer as well observed nerve reflect recovered condition. Results: The con tents of serum LPO of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizea group redtucer than control group. nerve reflect recoveredquickly. The light and middle degree HIE of Radix Salvlae Ml]tiorrhizae group LPO contents reduced obvlous ly. Conclution: The results indicated that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae is an effective oxicigen free redical(OFR ) eliminated preparation.
