四氢呋喃与邻苯二甲酸酐共聚合的研究
THE STUDY ON COPOLYMERIZATION OF THF AND PAH
【摘要】 采用离子型聚合方法,合成了聚醚聚酯共聚物,改变了长期以来这类聚合物只能用逐步缩聚机理合成的状况.采用离子型聚合机理合成这类聚合物,可以做到用投料比控制共聚物的组成比,使共聚物的组成可以任意调整,用两种单体即可以合成性能各异的一系列聚合物.讨论了在8、18、32℃条件下,四氢呋喃(THF)和邻苯二甲酸酐(PAH)共聚合的动力学行为,并测定了3个温度条件下THF的聚合速度常数分别是6.3、13.6、37.2×10-3L/(mol·s);PAH的聚合速度常数分别是7.5、9.8、30.0×10-4L/(mol·s)
【Abstract】 Ionic polymerization was adopted and poly (ether ester) was polymerized, it changes the condition that this kind of polymer can only be polymerized by condensation for a long time. Adopting ionic polymerization in synthesizing such polymer, composition of the polymer can be controlled by material proportion, so compositional proportion of the polymer can be modulated at will. A series of polymer with various properties can be synthesized by only two kinds of monomer. Under 8℃,18℃ and 32℃, kinetic behavior of copolymerization of THF and PAH were discussed. Apparent polymerization rate constants of THF and PAH under the three temperatures were measured as follow:6.3,13.6,37.2×10 -3 L/(mol·s) and 7.5,9.8,30.0× -4 L/(mol·s).
