葡萄酒的营养与保健
Nutrition and Healthyprotecting Effects of Wine
【摘要】 葡萄酒是国际上仅次于啤酒的第二大饮料酒 ,是发展潜力相当大的一个酒种 ,尤其是在亚洲。详细地介绍了葡萄酒的的营养成分及医疗保健功能 ,以期使消费者对葡萄酒有更深入的了解与认识。
【Abstract】 Wine is the second beverage only next to beer in the international market,It is a kind of beverage which has remarkable developmental potentiality,espically in Asia.In this paper,the nutriments,cure and health-protecting functions of wine were introduced,We hope to enable consumers to understand wine more deeply.
