【Abstract】 Retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy with adrenal diseases has been carried out successfully in 9 cases from June 1995 to April 1997. The method of puncturing retroperitoneum was improved. Anatomy of punctured area, separation of adrenal and complications of operations were discussed. Anatomic characteristics of retroperitoneum under laparoscopy were: One muscle two lines and three belts.更多还原
