【摘要】 目的　为泪道阻塞的介入治疗提供解剖学资料。方法　利用３２侧头颅标本，观察泪道的行程特点，测量泪囊和鼻泪管的长度、内径及内侧壁的厚度等。结果　上、下泪小管合成总管（９４％ ）或各自单独（６％ ）开口于泪囊外侧壁，泪囊位于泪囊窝内，由内上向外下倾斜，在进入骨性鼻泪管处形成稍向内向后的转折。鼻泪管的下端开口于下鼻道外侧壁，呈裂隙状（７５％ ）或卵圆形（２５％ ）。泪囊与鼻泪管之间的连续较狭窄，位于骨性鼻泪管的上方。从泪囊至鼻泪管，各部内腔大小不等，泪囊为（５．６５±０．６２） ｍ ｍ ，连接部为（３．５６±０．４７） ｍ ｍ ，鼻泪管中段为（４．７９±１．１３） ｍ ｍ ，各部的内侧壁的厚度由上向下逐渐增大，泪囊为（０．７０±０．１８） ｍ ｍ ，连接部为（１．１０±０．２５） ｍ ｍ ，鼻泪管中段为（１．６２±０．４０） ｍ ｍ 。左右两侧泪道各部测量值的两两比较无显著性差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论　泪道正常解剖的了解有助于泪道阻塞时介入治疗的顺利进行和减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide anatomic data for the interventional procedure of lacrimal meatus obstruction. Methods The anatomic characteristics of lacrimal meatus and length, inner diameter and thickness of medial walls of lacrimal sac and nasolacrimal duct were observed and measured on 32 sides of head cadavers. Results The superior and inferior lacrimal ductule open on the lateral wall of lacrimal sac with the combined (94%) and separated (6%) patterns. The lacrimal sac lies in the lacrimal fossa, slopes from superomedial to inferolateral, and curves slightly posteromedially as it enters the osseous nasolacrimal duct. The lower end of nasolarcimal duct opens in the lateral wall of inferior meatus as breach(75%) or oval (25%). The junction between the lacrimal sac and the nasolacrimal duct is the narrowest and lies above the osseous lacrimal duct. From the lacrimal sac to the nasolacrimal duct each part has a different inner diameter and thickness of medial wall: (5.65±0.62) mm and (0.70±0.18) mm in the lacrimal sac, (3.56±0.47) mm and (1.10±0.25) mm in the junction and (4.79±1.13) mm and (1.62±0.40) mm in the middle of nasolacrimal duct. There is no significant difference between the left and right sides of lacrimal meatus. Conclusion Understanding normal anatomy of the lacrimal meatus is helpful for the interventional procedure in the lacrimal meatus obstruction and for preventing the complications.更多还原
