八正清淋栓抑菌和抗炎作用的实验研究
An Experimental Study on Bacteria Inhibiting and Anti Inflammation Effects of Herbal Drug Bazhen Qinglinshuan
【摘要】 目的 观察中药八正清淋栓的抑菌和抗炎作用。方法 制备含不同浓度八正清淋栓的药物平板 ,观察大肠杆菌等 5种细菌在该平板上的生长情况 ,并测定其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC) ;建立雄性大鼠细菌性前列腺炎模型 ,观察八正清淋栓对该炎症模型的治疗作用。结果 八正清淋栓体外对大肠杆菌、宋内志贺菌、伤寒沙门菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌的 MIC分别为 0 .0 12 5 g· m l- 1 、0 .0 2 5 g· m l- 1 、0 .0 12 5 g· ml- 1 、0 .0 12 5 g· m l- 1 和 0 .0 2 5 g· m l- 1 。八正清淋栓对大鼠实验性细菌性前列腺炎具有抗炎作用 ,疗效甚至优于阳性对照药野菊花栓。结论 八正清淋栓具有明显的抑菌和抗炎作用
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectes of Bazhen Qinglinshuan in bacteria inhibiting and anti inflammation. Methods Preparing serial bacterial culture media plates containning different concentrations of Bazhen Qinglinshuan. Inoculating 5 species of bacteria (Escherichia coli, etc.) on these plates and measuring the minimum inhibition concentration (MIC) of Bazhen Qinglinshuan on differnet species of bacteria. Establishing the male rats model of bacterial prostatitis. Observing therapeutic effect of Bazhen Qinglinshuan on this prostatitis model. Results The MICs of Bazhen Qinglinshuan to Escherichia coli, Shigella sonnei, Salmonella typyi, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were 0.0125 g·ml 1 、0.025 g·ml 1 、0.0125 g·ml 1 、0.0125 g·ml 1 and 0.025 g·ml 1 , respectivily. Treatment with Bazhen Qinglinshuan on male rats prostatitis model showed the anti inflammation effect and the efficacy was similar and ever better than that of Yejuhuashuan—the positive control drug in this study. Conclusion Bazhen Qinglinshuan has the obvious effects in bacteria inhibiting and anti inflammation.
