信号短时分析方法在机械故障诊断中的应用
The Application of Short term Signal Processing Method to Mechanical Fault Diagnosis
【摘要】 定性研究了短时能量分析法的特性,指出该方法在时域中相当于用能量法检测瞬态信号,而在频域中相当于用自相关函数法检测频谱中的周期成分,并根据方差与一步自相关系数的关系讨论了可用于分析调频信号的短时一步自相关函数法,给出了2种计算短时参数的快速算法,最后以振动信号分析实例验证了短时分析法的有效性。
【Abstract】 A qualitativestudyhasbeenconductedonthecharacteristicsofshort termenergyanalysis method .Itisshownthatintimedomain ,thismethodisequivalenttodetectingtheinstantaneoussignalusingen ergyapproach ,whileinfrequencydomain ,itisequivalenttodetectingtheperiodiccomponentsusingauto corre lationapproach .Inaddition ,basedontherelationshipbetweenvarianceandone lagauto correlationcoefficient, theshort termone lagauto correlationfunctionapproachisdiscussed ,whichcanbeusedtoanalyzethefrequen cy modulatedsignals.Twofastalgorithmsforcalculatingshort termparametersaregiven .Finally ,theeffective nessoftheshort termsignalprocessingmethodisverifiedbyanexampleanalysisofvibrationsignals.
