【Abstract】 Objective: This experiment was designed to study whether intercellular apoptosis can be induced in threedimensional tissue culture. Method: Threedimensional tissue culture (spheroids) was established in the manner in which transformed cells was surrounded by nontransformed cells. Result: Apoptosis of transformed cells was induced by normal cells in spheroids. Conclusion: Intercellular induction of apoptosis does not require addition of exogenous cytokines and is regulated by the crosstalk between cells in a threedimensional structure.更多还原
