【摘要】 目的:观察自体角膜缘部上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:采用自体角膜缘部上皮移植术对22 例(22 只眼) 原发性和5 例(7 只眼) 复发性翼状胬肉进行治疗,术后随访3～6 个月。结果:所有病例术后上皮愈合好,角膜恢复透明,无一例复发。结论:自体角膜缘部上皮移植是治疗原发性和复发性翼状胬肉的理想方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of the observation was to judge the therapeutic officacy of limbal epithelial autograft transplantation for treatment of pterygium.Methods:Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation was performed on 22 primary cases (22 eyes) and 7 recurrent cases (7 eyes).The post-operative follow-up ranged from 3 to 6 months.Results:The epithelia healed well and a recovery of corneal transparency was found in all cases.No recurrence was found.Conclusion:Limbal epithelial autograft transplantation is an optimal method for treatment of primary and relapsing pteryginm.更多还原
